Inspired by the principles of Vastu, the house has a central triple-height courtyard that stitches all the floors together. A minimalist material palette and patterns that recur in all the rooms bring the whole house together.
The Principal architect designed a contemporary house with an aim to maximize space, ensure privacy and provide comfort.

I loved the concept of Indian families still believing in the fact of living together, It makes me feel so proud of our culture and our upbringings, this family chose to live under one roof and what a scale the house encompasses. I loved the interiors, I loved the thoughtful designing and great architecture. Wonderful home, absolutely soothing, calming and bond-bound.
Was fortunate to visit this house in person as i belong to the same town ‘Solapur’….wonderful vibes….and its a distinct amalgamation of vastu and minimalism!! Impeccable
7500sq ft is just too much space is what I initially thought, then I got to know that there are 15 members living in this household. Now, I wonder if there is enough space. Fortunately, you've managed to make it work well.
I applaud the family for their decision to live together. I think this is a much better way to live then living in flats. The construction cost and maintenance cost can easily be justified for a house that homes 15 people. Good stuff.

@@gotfan7743 No, I am doing my own house which is twice this size at 13,500 sq.ft. My Interiors are not as lavish but relatively premium. My whole house will be done for 3.2 cr with almost 40L in wasted/avoidable expenditure. So my estimate at 6cr for this house, the size is half of mine, and i have taken twice my cost. I have excluded Land and Prof fees.

The beautiful thing with buildofy videos is that they never talk about the efficiency of their design rather use vague terms like “finishes,paints, designs etc”. They then put a misleading , bombastic title…vastu compliance
Here is a house that is supposed to fit 15 members of a family. Reason why people want feng shui or vastu is to increase the efficiency.
You don’t see how the architects are talking about the efficiency of the spaces, how the storage is used effectively in kitchens for Indian style of cooking, how the bathrooms were designed for elderly, how spaces can accommodate kids as they grow up, the durability of materials etc.

The terrace with the rooftop pool and natural vegetation and potted plants was the best designed part but the furniture looked very uncomfortable.

Infinity pool at top is scary, could have used transparent railing with shades hanging so one can have infinity pool as well as private pool 😅. just an observation

congratulation to Mr. Kadam family ( INC MLA, Bharati Vidyapeeth) on their beautiful McBeige mansion. The planning is okay as it is dictated by vastu beliefs, but the interior design is very monotonous and safe, beige brown every where, definitely does not do justice to the clients status nor the project costs. Id be disappointed if paid so much and got this outcome. MW26+9V4
