Really like what your doing. I would like to offer a suggestion that could save you some machining time. The two main bearings could be fitted both ends of a pipe section with a spacer to keep the distance of the bearings. Simple & practical / save time = save money :-)
Being a machinist myself I don't understand why he waisted the shaft out of the differential. The only thing he actually used was the threaded end of the shaft in which he could have cut threads onto a piece of round stock and wouldn't have had to waist the differential. Anyways it was a great video :)
Очень много сварки, сварка сильно ослабляет металл, надо использовать металл с запасом по прочности, нагреть и подержать в печи пот высокой температуре, а потом очень плавно охладить. Это повысит прочность сварочного шва. Старайтесь делать все детали что бы они сами фиксировались в друг друге за счет минимальных зазоров, а потом уже и сварка. Иначе сломается по шву
I'm sorry that I didn't like this video, because you had an idea but it was ineffective and even dangerous to use. Specifically: One side of the wheel has enough space to mount the brake disc, but it doesn't. Conversely, if the brake is on the sprocket side, how do you maintain and lubricate it?

Inner sleeve between bearings to keep side load off that style bearings? Nut and bolt holding shaft in creating side load on both bearings?
