Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
½ Tsp. Baking Soda
½ Tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Canola Oil (for pancake batter)
2 Tbsp. Butter (melted)
1 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
1 ½ Cups Whole Milk
Canola Oil (use to lightly grease the griddle)
Serve with softened Butter, Pure Maple Syrup and Powdered Sugar

I thought Chef Red said he didn't like big pancakes. Those are huge! They look delicious too. You don't have to worry about real butter or real syrup in this house either.

I've always done 1 egg, 1 cup self-rising flour, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract. No oil needed on the grill.

Man Steve I've done my mixing in My measuring bowl but I've been so fortunate not to have left it in the way of the burners yet other things have been hurt- man the channel is so good thanks for all you did - Great stuff wish you were here

I don't have a bunch of oil. I take a paper towel and wipe oil across the griddle heat up yill a bead of water flies off when you put it on. Makes the best pancakes.

What temperature do you set the griddle to?
Medium heat but a great way to test it is just take a small drop of batter and drop it on to make sure it's hot enough or if it's too hot.😊
I melted my mixing bowl on the stove the same way.

You can substitute the oil in the ingredients 1:1 with applesauce and the recipe comes out the same! Just an FYI ...
