Expanding the economy is an another key factor. Example - We need to understand that bunkering in Sri Lankan ports . Singapore supply water for cheaper price that Sri Lanka ( in 2008) this is great example. We need to ask the question how come Singapore do this by importing water from Malaysia and we are changing more with a natural resource. Need to look in to such opportunities and who do the pricing for such supply. Why do they do it ? Are they getting financial benefits ? This is one small example.
