Thanks Randy you and Johnny have the best utube videos I've ever seen the information is awesome there are no u tube videos like you guys thanks again fisherman Mike
90% of the time and im being honest, i fish a football jig. I tell everyone it is the most versatile lure made. All year round too, once you understand how jig fishing works, i learned quick i can make it imitate almost any other lure made Crankbait, swim bait, swim JIG, the list goes on. Good luck buddy, i really hope we can fish Hartwell still sometime. I fired three schools up with a spoon yesterday. Its the best feeling when u have them so fired up, you yourself cant get a lure back fast enough I love it
Great overview on finesse jigs. Really helpful learning about the different types of jigs and trailer setups. I don't fish a lot of jigs at Lanier but I know I should learn it more (too much fun throwing jerk baits, Rattle Traps and walking baits). Looking forward to hearing more from Randy about jig fishing.
Randy, Thanks for taking the time to make these videos. From the comments, we all appreciate it. When you do another jig or hook video, can you break down hooks? I noticed that you mentioned the "O'shaughnessy hook bend" twice. At some point when you have time, could you explain the differences?
Yeah, how about a video on you making some of your jigs. With winter coming right around the corner a guy (or gal) could build up a pretty good stockpile of jigs by spring. Thanks for all you do!
Great video! I just saw the one about the critter craw with one claw a few weeks ago and found this and I had to watch it. Definitely going to have to get some critter craws and take some tips from the intuitive angler himself!

My favorite is the Jewel Baits finesse with a chompers twin tail grub. It just catches all sizes! Nice work Randy!
Looking forward to your videos Randy!

What was the first jig you had the one to the left? Love that hook design.
Great info for sure. I especially like that you address clear water situations.

Can u show how u tie the wire? Also what size wire and kind of wire? Thank you,
Heath
I agree...would love to see how this is done. I think I have an idea but seeing is better learning! 🎣🎣🎣
Heath Spratlin yep!
Good tips thanks RANDY
Nice video. Being new to jig fishing, you said to tie your own skirts on the jigs. Video on how to do that would be great.

Good stuff Randy thanks and take care ......
Nice vid
Enjoy all the videos
Randy. Can you please make a video on how you tie your jigs
Good stuff. What setup would u recommend for fishing man made rip rap like on TVA causeways?
How could this video only have 30 thumbs up?
Do you have any favorite spots around Eagle Rock ? Any advice this time of year there as pattern or lure choices?
Really enjoy your videos Randy!! Question, what type & guage wire do you use? Thanks
No sure. Just a fine wire from the craft shop
What is the first jig to the left. Love that hook design. It pegs them.
Randy you say "wire" not fly tying thread? Great video. I've enjoyed and learned some good stuff from all these videos!!
I bet that would work!
