The police tech department purposely reprogram the units after buying them for the sole purpose of allowing free control. Now, why would they do this? After a shooting police officers are place on administrative leave. Something as little as a complaint has to go not only through the department the officer is in but then through all of their superiors so there is literally no conflict of interest at all. Especially with something as unbelievable as a police shooting. I don't know about this case specifically but it's how Georgia police departments and Oklahoma police departments work if the allegation is serious so stop making yourself look like an ignorant imbicil and do some research before spouting nonsense in the comment section.

Most officers aren’t willing to “jump on their sword”
It shows most people don’t understand much about how law enforcement works....
Any officer who goes against the system is blacklisted, attacked, and defamed.
They are targeted by the police department as well as the DA.
The government can go over all of the officers film footage for things such as rolling through stop signs, small laws broken, speeding infractions, and anything that violates policy whatsoever and charge him with anything possible.
The system is so corrupt even the people inside the system cannot stand up agains it
Their pension is targeted and few will stand up unless their pension is already locked in and they have “nothing to lose” in their life
Going against the system is similar to deciding to stop breathing air
      You can do it
      You may succeed-
But it won’t work out for you or anyone who helped you.

Real people get points, classes and convictions. It is a shame that these officers are getting away with this type of aggressive behavior. But people like us would get life or the death penalty. I once responded to a burglary in progress. The dude had a handgun (possession of a handgun during the commission of a felony), he was a Felon (Person prohibited), and he was on Probation. When he heard us respond, he attempted to escape by hopping out of a 3-story window. He landed pretty badly on a cinderblock wall. Longstory short, he was also paralyzed from the waist down. We charged him for the above stated charges along with a few others.. And the community had the nerve to blame us for him jumping out of the window 😂.
The scumbag committed multiple felonies. No one forced him to jump out of the window. He could've just surrendered the easy way. So why feel sorry for him?
So, unless you guys witnessed the altercation, don't be so quick to judge.

It's a sad thing to say in Amerika, but when the cops can't be trusted and act like wild animals, then it is time for the citizens to take their streets back, both for self-defense and the public safety. When the system fails to remove threats to public safety IMMEDIATELY then the populace must take the responsibility and do it themselves. Both in common law and in most state statutes, private citizens are authorized to use force, including deadly force, to protect the lives of others who are in imminent danger of loss of life or limb. Cops that brutalize citizens by overreacting or just sheer malice, should be stopped by whatever means by any citizen capable of doing so.

SAN ANTONIO - A San Antonio police officer with a documented history of road rage has resigned months after being charged in a drunk driving hit-and-run case, department officials confirmed Friday. Officer Dezi Rios, 39, resigned Nov. 1. He had been on suspension without pay following the crash. Rios was arrested for DWI in July, after crashing into another driver’s vehicle that was stopped at a red light at the intersection of O’Connor and Stahl Roads and then fleeing the scene.
