Oie vou tentar de ajudar 450 gramas de batata (2 batatas medias) 3 colheres de farinha de arroz(acho q da pra ser outra farinha) 2 colheres de flocos de milho 1/4 de colher de sal E alho em pó(opcional) Se vc fizer dps me fala se deu certo
@@nagui4729 boa, Henrique! Só o "corn starch" que é na verdade maizena! E sobre a receita ela cozinha as batatas por 20min antes de passar na peneira e colocar a farinha de arroz e a maizena e os temperos. E ela frita em óleo médio pra quente, em 150° :)
