So I saw this recipe on instagram and decided to try it out, I didnt have potato starch so I used a mix of corn starch and wheat flour but I dont think that was right 😭 the texture of the dough was weird it was sticky and crumbly at the same time and the noodles didnt keep their shape when boiling so they ended up looking like weird orange blobs. I think I also made mine too big because they were a bit raw on the center despite the fact that I cooked them for 10 minutes. The noodles still tasted good and the sauce was really good too, i would just recommend others to use potato starch so that they dont ruin the noodles 😅

Yes you can freeze it! If you already cooked it then you just need to defrost it and the microwave it again. If it’s frozen and raw then just place into boiling water to cook
@@lookcatchu thank you for your response ! I did an experiment by putting the cooked and uncooked ones in a Tupperware then place them in the fridge last night. When I placed both in boiling water tonight, their texture are as good as new ! We'll see about the frozen ones later :)

You can try using beet root next time to give it that deep red pink colour, love your humor btw, keep up with the content 👍🏻
