i am not able to change the dimensions , it is saying that change will distort the current geometry , prevoious geometry restored.

Hello respected sir please create a video on solidworks toolbox ,I have solidworks it's not purchased and toolbox only showing" configure now " nothing else and I tried it steps but it not showing its parts in tray as we can see in other . I know all settings and everything is good but still I can't access toolbox parts believe me it's huge problem and no buddy yet careat a good video on it all videos are useless
