The solution lies in socialism and national planning. People should also plan their lives. Don't move somewhere to live in an informal settlement. Only move to an actual house or apartment that is registered. The government should plan for every citizen on an equal basis. There should be jobs in rural areas which makes living there attractive. Unplanned urbanisation is wrong.
Did you actually know that kpaduma village is awaiting resettlement and compensation from government. I personally own over 6 plots with cofo in that village but obviously I can't develop those plots due to the village structures on it.
