So, how will someone earning 100k/month afford these houses? Imagine that 500k mansion with PVC 😅.
i appreciate the fact that you take so much time to do your videos but could i ask one thing for next time, please when can you zoom out a bit in each section when you are showing the properties as it is predominantly zoomed in and someone like me cant appreciate the vies since most houses in Nigeria does not show floor plan

Great video,the interview you did with that agent is very educative.Your agent has said it all.Set a realistic budget that you can afford,differentiate your wants from your needs and make a smart decision.its not about paying the first rent,its about funding your subsequent rents.Try to figure that out as well.its all a process.Some of the people living in Maitama and Asokoro once lived in satellite towns.But some people just want it all at once,that's partly the problem.
