Okay, well, technically you are correct. But the opening track Set Me Free, was on Saxon's Crusader album. At the time growing up, I was not aware it was a cover, so I still attribute the song to them in my mind :)
Hi Jeff!!! cool Stryper collection and glad to see the different versions/pressing of some of their early albums. btw Roxx Regime wasn't a good name for any type of band...Down here back in the day, they were considered an "oddity" a "Christian Metal band!!! I really enjoy the covers album they did. cheers and be well. cheers and be well
The Covering didn't have a cover of any Saxon song. I wish it did though!!

Yeah, when they broke, the whole idea of "Christian metal" was so new it was an oddity for many, especially traditional Christians.
One of my favorite bands seen them at the m3 festival a few years ago 👌
I had wished I had attended that one. Shoot, any year that is a great weekend.
Pat Paradise Rock Station digs this video!
Thanks!!
some nice abums ,I would imagiane Stryper owns the first 5 albums of the original recordings?
nice showing of Stryper.
Their original label Enigma may still own them, or really, whoever now owns what Enigma did, since they don't exist.
Killer bro
Thanks
Once upon a time, I heard through the grapevine that Disney owns the masters to the early Stryper albums! 🙄
Maybe Disney somehow acquired Enigma stuff, hadn't heard that before though, but maybe.
