The new Proline 1972 K10 body would be awesome to see. So burnt out on creep or power wagon style bodies. This chassis looks awesome.
I have the pl k10 on my negative g build. It's not pinched enough in the front and the back not at all. Looks nice but you have to be creative. I have a couple videos where you see it...
New chassis really changed the entire dynamic of it. Super cool 💯

Take a look at the G Speed site and the One Shot body and the Team C Clear Samurai body's.
If you removed all the internal tubework from a Capra cage, leaving just the outer shell, and swapped out the plastic body panels for lexan ones, would it be light enough?

I'm not exactly sure what did it, but after I updated my 3300kv Axe system, the min start-up speed seems to be much lower. It doesn't "lurch" forward nearly as bad as it used to. Still using a 58t spur with a 11t pinion. And it still has plenty of "umpf" even with the punch and start-up turned all the way down. It's a coin-flip on whether I would rather run it or my 11t Holmes Magnum setup. I keep waiting for HW to come out with a 2800kv Fusion, but I don't know if their 60a internal esc would handle it.

Do you have problems with rear driveshaft spline falling out? When shocks fully extended the center spline part of driveshaft comes out.
I almost wonder if this build is faster on top speed then the cr-10

@@ExocagedRC it’s a flat rail chassis that looks good. Only offered in steel and aluminum right now. I’m thinking of getting the base camp to use as a donor.
I hate the limited selection of light crawler bodys. There are lots of shorter wheelbase selections. After a long search for something different I just picked up a Montech Mont-Rock Jeep body to be a little different than everyone else.

How much does it weigh mate? Between this build with portals and the straght axle super light build, which do you prefer?
Not sure if the weight. It’s hard to choose a favorite as they both perform very well
