I would turn off stove and wait little bit before adding sesame oil, because high heat decreases sesame oil flavor (if you love sesame oil flavor), But that is optional.
Pretty much! You want to hold one end and then pop it in your mouth, then slide it out so you get all the seasoning along with the beans. Give it a try!

Agree, spicy edamame is so easy to make and there's a bunch of ingredients you can add to it.
