Thanks meesh! Dragon rolls are another fun one to plate, similar to the caterpillar roll but I've seen some chefs even put wings on it. Fun part of plating sushi is you can get so creative with it!

Caterpillar, Dragon, who knows nowadays. 😄 A lot of times Dragon rolls have shrimp tempura in it but everywhere calls them different so...
It's just that the roll looks like a caterpillar to me 😂
