    Hey Jun! I’ve always loved your videos and I have your sushi book. I love your videos on Japanese cuisine in general (outside of sushi) so I’m excited for this ramen video! Thanks for your hard work and willingness to share fantastic knowledge!

    Totally 'legit' Jun!! I think I'd have to make a triple batch of soup/oil to have on hand for the week! Oh, have I told you that noodles are right up there with sushi for me? Now where is that pork lard from that pork roast that I skimmed and stored in the freezer?! lol Thanks, Jun! =]

      Thanks Michele! I absolutely love noodles too, you definitely have to give this a try. Smart you saved that pork lard too, that'll work perfect!

    Quick question... Where do you get Naruto?

    • @TheSushiMan
      @TheSushiMan  Місяць тому

      You can usually find them at Asian markets, most likely in the frozen section.

    Hello:
    I just subscribed to your channel a few days ago and your Sushiman newsletter, LOVE Sushi, BUT, I don't eat much meat. I love Tuna, scallops, shrimp, clams, and mussels. I DO NOT eat fat! When I saw this Ramen video I got excited, LOVE Ramen. Then I saw nothing but fat in that pork Belly and dang near puked on my keyboard.
    I'm not really a vegetarian, but I prefer Vegetables and Seafood over meat. Can you do some Veggie/seafood videos that aren't complicated? Getting your ingredients here in NE Pa. is the hardest part. I'm not near a big city with an Asian population, so Asian markets are hard to find here.
    Wish I could get good SAFE Tuna here for Spicy Tuna sushi or Poke'.
    Thank you.
    Dave

      Hey Dave, have you watched my vegetarian sushi video? ua-cam.com/video/BpVbGHdONIQ/v-deo.html. I also have videos on different rolls (spicy tuna, rainbow, hamapeno, etc) on my channel that you might like.
