I added a bit of my own touch to it, and added just a little bit of wasabi to the soy sauce, it give it an amazing touch without overpowering the rest of the flavours! Delicious and one of the best plant based protein sources🌱!!
You can just defrost them, warm them in the microwave, and toss them with salt. You don't even have to really cook them, I believe they're pre-boiled in the package.
Woohoo, a recipe for me! I never knew that I was supposed to do something with Edamame lol Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will definitely try this! Love the garlic in it ...you know...to ward off Vampires ..
This looks delicious. I'm a little bit confused about the difference between ichimi togarashi and shichimi togarashi. Could anyone explain the difference please? I only have shichimi togarashi. Should I get ichimi togarashi?
Ichi-mi togarashi mean "one" pepper - it's just chili peppers. Shichi-mi togarashi means "Seven" peppers - it's a mixture of spices. It's fine to use Shichimi, but it'll be less spicy.
wow, i must try it this weekend!!! ive seen this around at some restaurants but im sure its nothing like Hiros! im so blessed to have found your channel, i learn so much here.
"best most delicious secret recipe", "we're gonna show you our best kept secret since 2011"... 4:02 "there's no real recipe, you guys do whatever you like"... *nani* ??
is there a good substitute for ichimi togarashi? I cant find it anywhere around here and cant afford it on amazon. this looks soo good. thx for any help.
What do the beans taste like? Also they have ichimi tagarashi at Amazon. Exactly the one us use. But I didnt buy that one yet because you used in one of your other meals and I was wondering is it hot spicy
Am I weird for pulling the string off one end and then taking out the plasticky shell part of the inside... Then I eat the tender part of the outsides too? LOL! I eat far less that way, because it's a slow process LOL! I like the outsides, because the spices that I use stick to it... Or is that just completely weird to do?
Hiroyuki, I couldn't tell, but I assume you remove the soybeans from the shell.. Right? So, could the shelled soybeans be cooked the same way? Then the beans would absorb more flavor. Cheers, Rik Spector
I tried it and it tasted so good even without the butter!
Just made this tonight with some garlic butter shrimp and salmon! Love it! Thanks guys. Love your channel.

I've been wanting to try Edamame, but didn't know how to prepare it. Thanks for this! 😊
You can just defrost them, warm them in the microwave, and toss them with salt. You don't even have to really cook them, I believe they're pre-boiled in the package.
様々な材料で枝豆を作るのは、夏の私のお気に入りの楽しみの一つです。

I put truffle olive oil, balsamic vinegar on it and taste so good too 😍
I love edamame. Something i've always done is just added some szechuan chilli oil I make at home to it. I'll have to try this tho.
Bless me, Jesus.
Sweet A recipe that not only sounds amazing but with being now diagnosed diabetic One I can enjoy without worry THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Remember Edaname is a bean and like other beans diabetics need to be mindful that they are a high glycemic food
This looks delicious. I'm a little bit confused about the difference between ichimi togarashi and shichimi togarashi. Could anyone explain the difference please? I only have shichimi togarashi. Should I get ichimi togarashi?

Usually when I make them, I use everything but the butter. I just made some before watching this. Addictive.
This looks amazing, will definitely try this recipe as my family loves edamame ❤ Thank you for sharing 😊

Hello Hirosan! What other vegetable can be cooked this way and taste just as good? I can't find edamame in my city in the Philippines. Thanks!

What do the beans taste like? Also they have ichimi tagarashi at Amazon. Exactly the one us use. But I didnt buy that one yet because you used in one of your other meals and I was wondering is it hot spicy
Hi, do you eat full or only the grains??
4:00 sound is so good...
Omg!! This looks so good, I must try!!
Can hiro make some traditional japanese breakfasts? Id love to see that. And steal it 😆
Another fantastic recipe, thank you for sharing this recipe, best regards from Australia 🙏🙏🙏🙏
hey I have question, can we eat the pod or is it better to just eat the pea inside?
Aldo Game just the bean inside is eaten
Can the beans be shelled/removed from the pod and then cooked following the above method?
Keep up the incredible work !! Lovin' it!
Good afternoon Hiro!
How do the seasonings get through the bean pods to flavor the soybeans?
Ace Lightning -You get the seasoning on your tongue when you pull the beans from the pod.
That sounds faintly disappointing, but I'll have to try them first.
.For one pound Edemame how long does one leave it on the boil? I didn’t notice Hiro add any salt etc. is that correct?
I will try it tonite
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! I have made it twice now. And your right! You do want to lick the bowl! 😂
Thank you Hiroyuki
so good!
Wow this is new to me I want to try this simple recipe 👍👌😍
Can I use another alternative for the spice?
Chef hiro how many tbsp the soy sauce?
来年作ろう
How much of the ingredients should I use ?. I could find any info on how much I should measure out
Great stuff, however I don’t see the amount of these ingredients that is supposed to go into this. Help???
Now I’m craving it . My pregnancy cravings are going crazy I want edamame a so bad
That would be nice with green beans too!
I'd imagine it would work with any type of bean pod, eg broad beans, runner beans etc.
Good afternoon! Looks good!
Very early very good afternoon
I guess I will try to make this recipe
I do it the same way but I add some lime juice in it and OMG!
Is the NOVE still at the same location? Great idea with the Edamame
Hiro is the best! :)
You let me with no words 💖
Ohayo-gozaimasu, Hiro-san: REQUEST---> "NATTO & BACON SPAGHETTI" recipe please!!!
I've only eaten edamame boiled. How does the flavor get into the pod?
Hiro, my friend, g11d aftern11n!!!
When did you shoot this awesome video? I love your YT-channel so much...
❤️🇺🇸❤️🇩🇪❤️🇯🇵❤️
🍚🍣🥟🥠🍚🍣🥟🥠🍚🍣🥟🥠
Simple but looks delicious 👍
The best food is simple
Agreed
Does coating from this wok comes off.
I strongly believe that what you did here is tastier than the edamame that I ate 2 days ago.
Hiro! Lookin slimmer brother. Good afternoon!
do you eat the pods too?
Where can you buy the burner from ? Great video's !!!!
chris james - Any Asian grocery store. Or Amazon.
I came to learn of this as its in my menu recipe as a waitress.Does it have an English name?i need to know so i can explain to customers
Lovely
Holy crap, I finished the whole bag myself!
Same. I'd recommend getting some red beans and chili paste from any asian supermarket and adding like half a tablespoon onto the pan.
Any substitute for the butter or just leave it out to reduce fat? I suspect it won’t taste the same without butter
Try Strychnine, tastes the same and also reduces fat ...
Never been this early. Very good afternoon!
Hiroyuki,
I couldn't tell, but I assume you remove the soybeans from the shell.. Right?

Rik Spector
no. the shell has a lot of flavour in them
You should do shishito peppers
how do you eat them whole or just the bean
Also, what kind of bean / green
Just the bean
This will impress the ladies for sure 😎
Yummy
