NEW Disney Movies You Can Expect Between Now And 2023..
Welcome back to Fantasy World, today on the channel we are going to take a look at the All the new Disney movies coming out between now and 2023 + other related news. New Disney movies are coming thick and fast over the next few years. There are so many that it's actually fairly difficult to keep track of them all. The most recently released movie is the live-action remake of Pinocchio, starring Tom Hanks as Geppetto and directed by Robert Zemeckis, while up next is Hocus Pocus 2. That will be followed by everything from Indiana Jones 5, to a new animated film starring Jake Gyllenhaal, to a live-action The Little Mermaid, and a live-action Hercules, too. And that's just the start. We've rounded up absolutely every Disney movie coming soon, so you can keep track of everything the House of Mouse has in store.
Hocus Pocus 2. Coming to Disney Plus this September, the Hocus Pocus sequel features Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy reprising their witchy roles from the 1993 original. The film is set 29 years after the first movie in modern-day Salem, Massachusetts, and sees three high school friends accidentally summon the Sanderson sisters from the 17th century. Lilia Buckingham, Whitney Peak, and Belissa Escobedo play the high schoolers, while Hannah Waddingham, Sam Richardson, Froyan Gutierrez, Tony Hale, and Doug Jones (returning from the original) co-star. Anne Fletcher directs the sequel, with a screenplay from Jen D'Angelo. Strange World. An animated movie directed by Big Hero 6 and Raya and the Last Dragon helmer Don Hall, Strange World follows explorer family the Clades, and, according to Disney, "journeys deep into an uncharted and treacherous land where fantastical creatures await." Jake Gyllenhaal will voice Searcher Clade, the family's son, Dennis Quaid will voice Jaegar Clade, his father, along with Lucy Liu as president Callisto Mal.
