Matthau & Lemmon were so poles apart onscreen & yet in life they became best friends for real!! They even sent their sons to the same boarding school so they could visit them together! Loved Matthau's loud Jewish humour & Lemmon's gentle, shy humour! What a pairing!!
What a fantastic pair these two were, the chemistry was brilliant and the scripts lended to their ability to play the parts perfectly and the outakes at the end was simply sublime.
Обожаю этот фильм!!!!!! До слёз радуюсь и плачу!!!! Спасибо Джек и Уолт за позитив и хорошее настроение!!!! Я вас люблю!❤❤❤Фильм- ШЕДЕВР! На все времена!

Both of these movies were phenomenal! I laughed until I thought I would pass out. Their brilliant performances should have given both men an Oscar.
the very best movie ever made and will remain so for centuries to come.
You aren’t kidding ! So real.
