Can you provide a Sicilian way to cook Fegato? I am Sicilian my parents were from there. I am now a senior citizen and have cooked Fegato for many many years much like you did on your show. I cooked for my children who ate it when they were small, I was a single parent and this dish was prepared because it is cheap to make. I love your tips and the details you show.
