There isnt much of them around...also those that are is not in great mechanical condition....those Opels are dying out sadly....other than that the TS is in its own class,no reason for Spirit cars like the 325is and VR6 to be racing them...the only real racer from the the list in stock form is the Superboss...the others are more in the class of the ABF and a healthy 320i.

The deal is in the title...it is fitted with a 3.6L VR6 engine(from the Passat,CC and some Porsche models)...depending on engine code those motors are on par and in most cases even more powerful than the 7R engines...combine that with the lighter MK3 and a decent tune,as long as the 7R is stock the outcome is as you witness in this clip....trust me a healthy VR6 engine will give turbocharged counterparts of similair power a run for its money...I had a stock VR6 Golf...and had many Mk5 GTIs and Ford Focus ST225 struggling to keep up all the way to 220kph and I wasnt the only one...I am from Cape Town.
