Looking for a video on engine shampooing and cleaning. Thanks
I detailed for 5 years now, looking to start my own mobile detailing business by next spring…I just have to say it’s crazy how all detailers who really care for what they do, all share the same ocd…color coding towels, keeping everything clean, and organization with everything. True professional.
Thanks a lot
Hi eliro, i would like to start the same, can i have a discussion with you?
You got thiiiiis 👏
@@HawaiiDetailingAny advice for someone getting into this? And cost of equipment in video.

You always give truly the best advice/information whether it be products to use, or processes. Thanks man, and keep on rocking!
Thank you. I appreciate the support.
I love your videos! You speak so clearly and you deliver such positive energy
Glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for supporting the channel.
Excellent video. And I have to say the production quality of this video is amazing. Not to be overlooked. Great job!
Thank you. I appreciate your feedback. I enjoy making the videos and like to put a little extra into it when I can. This one was a lot of pieces to get it put together but definitely was a fun project. I hope it helps people.
Man, i am very much digging the vibe to these new video's. It's relaxing, and educational. You are a breath of fresh air in the UA-cam airwaves. Love this.
Thanks a lot. I really appreciate it.
Been a long time viewer and finally subscribed because obviously a lot of effort and time went into this production.
Keep up the good work, here in Singapore we get lots of rain and heat as well. Also you sound like a real chill surfer dude and you don't take yourself too seriously.
Awesome work, keep it up dude. Using a lot of the products you recommended.
Thanks. I appreciate it and am glad you enjoyed the video.
Autofiber makes an awesome multi-pad wash combo. They did a collaboration with Shine Supply; they’re called the “Flat out” wash pads, and “block party” for the real lower sections of the car. They’re awesome and it’s hard to use mitts anymore.
You’re slowly but surely becoming my fav detailing channel to watch. Your name being Jeremy is a bonus 😂. Keep em coming ma man!
Thanks a lot. I appreciate it. Yeah that’s a good name. Hahaha.
Super video Jeremy. I've been using the multi-mitt method for washing for a long time now and it's the best way to avoid introducing dirt back onto the car and no grit guards are necessary. I like your idea of mixing an APC with the snow foam to aid in the cleaning process. That's something I'll definitely add to my routine. Keep up the awesome work.
Thanks a lot. Glad you enjoyed. Took me a while to put this one together.
Yours is one of the most underrated channels on YT. Love it!
Thanks a lot. I enjoy making the vids.
Awesome Jeremy!! As a weekend warrior, there were a few of these I did not knew existed. Thanks man!!

I love those bucket labels! Respect to the artist!
I like them too. Thanks.
I used yesterday for the first time Absolute 256:1 for window cleaning and it did just awesome !
I agree. Its good stuff!
Hey Jeremy great video as always. Try using Diy detail interior towel for interior cleaning, i dampen the towel first then fold it into four side, apply little cleaning solution and scrub it away.
It is by far the best tool i used so far. Once all four side gets dirty, i rinse it real quick then go back to work. One towel is all you need for whole interior. You just need second towel to wipe dry.
It does work so fast and good and no brush needed.
Sweet! Keep them coming!
That's the plan! Thanks.
Great content as per usual but really like the list of favourite products. 👏
Glad you enjoyed!

@@216baja you changed your UA-cam handle?
@@HawaiiDetailing yes, youtube changed it automatically.
I like that lid for the foam cannon! Sure makes mixing up the solution a breeze
Yes it does.
I saw that also and was instantly thinking that I need another foam cannon.
Super informative bro !! Hands down the best detailer on UA-cam 🎉
Thanks a lot. I appreciate it
This is my favorite video you’ve ever done!🤙
Thank you.
Awesome to have you back uploading !
Thanks a lot.
Thatnks for the Videos, I bought Blak after seeing you use it. Man that stuff lasts a long time and restores all of those plastic pieces below the windshield and other trim.
Yeah it’s good stuff. I like it.
Great video! After foaming, I don't use another foam; I use what's in the bucket. And the APC add is a great idea. I didn't think of that. I have ceramic, but the wife's car doesn't, and this will come in handing without a doubt with my GFS.
Thanks for watching the channel
Awesome video Jeremy! Your videography is as stellar as your content. P&S products are a staple in my business. 👍 Aloha....
Thanks a lot for the positive feedback. I try to put the best quality I can out there for you guys.
Thank u for this video brother!!!! Awesome information
Glad it was helpful! Thanks
Great video! Have you ever used Super Clean (different dilutions) as an APC I’ve heard some people say it’s great and others say it will ruin your tires, seats, etc.
Great video Jeremy! Always love seeing a clean and hydrophobic Tesla. Do you have a ceramic coating on your Model 3? If so, which one. Thanks 🤙🏼
I haven’t seen a video like this before
Showing many products on every step
Having mini videos in each step
Nice work!
Glad you liked it!
Another super video! Question. How do you clean the applicators you use to apply the tire protectant?
Whit the Blak. Rinse with water. It will be stained but will be ready for the next one. You can get a lot of applications out of 1 sponge. Just don’t let it completely dry it it’s a goner.
Thanks Jeremy, I use many of the same products you do. Except I use DIY's rinseless wash instead of absolute. I also use Koch Chemies Active Foam as a prerinse but will also use Greenstar too. I just got Mainiacs tire & wheel cleaner but haven't had a chance to use it yet will let you know how that works because like you have used Adams and Brake Buster. Good to see a video by you again.
Thanks for sharing. Let me know how the wheel cleaner goes. DIY makes good solid products.
I've tried the maniac wheel and tire wow better than break buster, and yes I love break buster but the maniac fantastic you're going to love it
Awesome video! Have learned so much from your channel
Awesome! Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the vid.
Great video dude. Awesome camera work. Very professional
Thanks a lot. Glad you enjoyed it!
DIY detail rinseless has been my favorite.

Hope you are safe from the fires dude. Praying for everyone over there.
Great stuff Jeremy!😊
Thanks!
Great explanations!

Fantastic video!!!!! This will help a lot of newcomers to the detailing world. If I could add one thing to the list it would be Rags to Riches. You gotta keep those microfiber towels in good shape with that stuff.
Yes I agree. I love that stuff. I forgot. Hahahahaa. Thanks.
Very informative, thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
Was watching this video thinking that I mostly do everything with rinseless wash. Then I got to the end and you had a bonus of everything being done with rinseless wash. I’m all about efficiency.
Yeah i like the rinesless wash. Its a great addition to my process and I use it in place of a traditional wash mainly when the car just needs a touch up.
what a phenomenal video. wow 🔥
Thanks
Great video Jeremy!
Glad you enjoyed it. Thank you
You should consider getting a mitt for the wheels. I love my mitt!
Nicely done seems like you’ve been in the game for a minute. You dabbling with your own brands of car products? You got a lot of knowledge.
Someday that would be fun. I definitely know what I like to use and want I would want out of a product that’s for sure. Hahahhaa. Thanks
@@HawaiiDetailing definitely sounds fun. Thanks for your content.
Great video! Nice work! Awesome Tesla too. I am curious on why you use the Koch chemie for adding extra protection vs adding whatever protection you use originally? Is it because you use protection that you’d need to buff/ etc to get back on? Thanks again! Keep up the awesome work.
It’s a really durable long lasting easy to apply spray. Perfect for those areas that take a beating on your ceramic coating. After that I just use drying aids after each wash to top off the coatings. I would not use that durable of a product after each wash.
@@HawaiiDetailing thanks for responding! Love the channel.
Hey man! Great to see a new video... Been a while! Quick question I use Adams Wheel & Tire in the UK but never in a foam cannon. Great time saver! What's your dilution ratio in your foam cannon bottle or do you just go straight from the bottle straight to the car relying on the foam cannon to dilute?
Thanks. I go 100% in the cannon and it dilutes from the PW.
Nice wheel setup you should try detail factory tire brush, barrel brush and rag company wheel mitt. Best of the best!
Will do. Thanks.
Yet another awesome video! 6:57 Can I ask where you got the closed lid from for the MJJC Foam Pro? Keep it rockin 🙌
Great as always! Thanks from Russia!
Thank you very much!
Crazy to think that not long ago you had 1k subscribers and now you're up over 60k! Much deserved brother and keep it going.
Thanks a lot. Its because of all you viewers. I appreciate it.
It's a great channel with awesome content.
Man, I love your videos. Very informative in an awesome chill way. I do love a lot of the same products as you. Brake Buster is amazing, I do use KCx Magic Wheel cleaner for really stubborn wheels and CarPro Retyre for nasty tires too. GSF is definitely in my arsenal, though I love Reset, Bathe and even NV Snow as well. Perl is hard to beat, I have used Car Pro's Darkside recently and really like it too. Apply once a month or so, then just regular soap every week in between, cleans up pretty good. I don't like the greasy look anyway. P&S express is good. I use it and Car Pro Inside. P&S Absolute is amazing. Invisible Glass is great, I did get the P&S glass cleaner a while back, I like it too. Eraser is great for glass. Expensive but works amazing. S0.02 is my go to for ceramic topper for sure, it and Reload 2.0 and Gyeon Ceramic Detailer.
Thanks for sharing your system. Good stuff. Thanks for watching
Another banger!
Thanks a lot. Glad you liked it.
Great video and tips!
Glad you liked it!
@@HawaiiDetailing I learned something last week from an Adam’s Polishes video and tried it. I put my car shampoo directly into my foam cannon without diluting. Turned my dial on foam cannon all the way down and within two clicks on my PF22.2 I was at my desired foam consistency. Capped it of once done. Used my Slick and Slide all while thinking of your Honey Pot mix. I have not forgotten that tip of yours. Maybe Santa will come through this year. Don’t forget a little pump sprayer, 🎅 ...
Ah that’s perfect I planned on ordering absolute to get into Rinseless washing and I also was wondering if the pro blend bottle proportioner work since it’s thick. I see you have it one so looks like I’m good to place my order
It’s works great. Thanks for supporting the channel.
Great information! Thanks.
Glad it was helpful!
Question: how do you get rid of the “white wax residue” that has gotten on your black trim?
I mix P&S Brake Buster and Iron buster in one of my foam cannons... easy wheel cleaning
Nice. Good idea
You need to try out detail geeks mega foam! It’s pricey but holy crap it smells good and it foams up like crazy!!
Do you have ppf installed on your model 3 or just ceramic coating? I just purchased my model 3 a month ago and not sure which to go with at the moment. Love your Chanel and your model 3!
Thanks. I have a ceramic only. Adding PPF on the panels that take rock chips is not a bad idea. It’s pricey though. After 30k miles I have picked up some chips but overall no big deal. I try to stay after keeping good protection on the paint and that helps from everything but rock chips. Depends on your driving conditions also. Thanks for watching.
For pre-treat hard to beat Bilt Hamber's Auto-Foam or Touchless, plus some of their Surfex HD. Other brands might come close, but as of right now, Bilt Hamber, particularly those two combos, are the champs.
Or you could go the rinsless route for pre-treat. It won't pull down as much dirt as the Bilt Hamber combo, but it's great pre-treat prep for a bucket wash to follow, as the rinseless wash does a great job of encapsulating the dirt, and providing additional lubrication. So when you finally hit it with a bucket wash shampoo and sponge/mitt, it will pull all the dirt down in one swipe, while staying super slick.
Great idea. I will have to play with that.
I just want to know where to get those bucket stickers, they look awesome! I want to buy a set! Love your videos brother 🤘
I have them here I just have not come up with. way to offer them to people yet. I will talk about in a vid when I do. Thanks a lot for watching the channel and supporting also
Thanks for the video
Quick question - at what ratio do you dilute adams wheel cleaner in a foam cannon?
I go 100% and let the pw dilute it.
Love your videos! After much trial and error, let me break it down for my fellow weekend warriors that, like me, have fallen down yet another youtube rabbit hole. I use 5 products to clean my entire car inside and out and in my honest opinion these are the only products most people will ever need:
ONR rinseless wash - exterior cleaning, drying aid, clay lube, quick detailer, windows. Amazing. So good that just about every detail company is trying to make their own.
Koch-Chemie Green star - for tires, wheels, exterior bite when needed (bugs, sap, etc.), interior, possibilities are endless. I use in my house too. Liquid magic.
Koch-Chemie Top Star - interior plastics protection + smells great
Carpro Pearl - Exterior plastics and tires.
Carpro Hydr02 - protection every 2 months. Quick and easy.
Tools:
Tire, wheel, and detail brushes my man has in this video
5gal bucket
ONR big red sponge
Gauntlet drying towels
Kirkland microfiber towels for everything else.
Screen shot this list, thank me later.
Thank you! I like how he did on the video but for me its quite time consuming and resources because i do not own a garage, i stay in a flat and it's forbidden to wash your car in parking lot. I need to rely on coin wash. Any tips for coin wash with a single bucket? 😊
Awesome. Thanks for sharing your kit.
@@aureliandumitru8382bring your own soap, and a good quality wash mitt, and a 5 gallon bucket with grit guard. Also being a window cleaner, green star for tires and wheels, and some tire brushes as well. Lastly finish up with a drying aid and a tire dressing! If you’re good you’ll be able to fit all of that in a single bucket. Cheers
Couple of things learned- using brake buster in a snow foamer. Multiple mitt method. 🙌. I wish someone here in the UK would take on DIY detailing. their products get good reviews. Meanwhile, I'm using Carpro, Bilt Hamber and P&S. I've just bought a de-ioniser or de-ionizer for you yanks 😉. No total dissolved solids in my rinse water coming out of my pressure washer for that final rinse stage. No water spots. 🙌 I can now wash in the sunshine and not have to rush around. 🎉
Great to hear. thanks for sharing
kinda funny a red coat calling an American a yank on independence day. Nobody wants to hear what your opinion stay in your socialist police state of a country
What're the best bilt hamber products
I've got auto wash and am getting auto foam and surfex and really want to use more in the future
@carsgonewrong746 Best products from Bilt Hamber are- Touch-less snowfoam, Touch-on ceramic shampoo, Surfex HD and their normal car shampoo, generally, any of their products are good. I like their Atom-mac when spray directly onto the brake discs, it stops them from corroding when you're washing the car. I don't think they make a bad product
@@79blustone I'm looking at their rust stuff as my Undercarriage is very rusty
Weird you said brake was for light duty I’ve used straight on some heavy dirt covered rims and have had them looking new I feel it’s a fairly strong cleaner, none the less great video
Thanks. I just mean it’s a better choice for higher end wheels that don’t need a high ph cleaning. It is a bit easier on the higher end finishes. Thanks for watching
During the "pre-treat" process whether i used the diy all clean or the KC or the bug-off, do you spray the diluted solution, let it sit for a minute, and just rinse with pressure wash? Or do you have to wipe it down? Bit unclear on the step. Awesome video, im getting my pressure wash system together as i type...
I just rinse it off. The idea is to remove as much contamination as possible without touching the paint. I would only pre treat when there is some real road grime and it needs it. A normal weekly maintenance wash and you can skip this step. Thanks for watching
Can you make a video on how to wash the microfiber towels and wash mitts etc
HOW TO WASH AND DRY MICROFIBER TOWELS EASY & SAFE P&S RAGS TO RICHES REVIEW

Thanks for the video! Two things I search for when choosing chemicals, where are they made and the cost? Oh yes, do they work as advertised? I like using American made products, when possible, in my shop. I try to keep cost at $40.00 (US) per gallon or lower. If you're doing this for a business, the more you spend, the less goes into your pocket...
Great policy. I agree with you. Thanks for always watching and sharing your thoughts.
Love your channel! A little confused on when to use Dry Aid, Soo2 & Ethos Sealant. Is Soo2 a wax and Ethos a Sealant? Can both be used after a wash? Trying to understand when all 3 are used and why. Thanks!
I use a heavier sealant SO02 etc. when I need longer lasting durability especially on areas that take a beating. I use a drying aid every single time I dry the car to lubricate the paint so the towel does not mar the paint. A good drying also freshens up the protection. A good drying aid lasts a few weeks. A good sealant can last a few months. My recommendation for really long lasting protection is a true ceramic coating but that requires polishing and some level of experience applying it. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel. Check out this for more info. www.hawaiidetailing.com/paintprotection

Yeah. Would love to.
Hello, quick question do you use water base tire dressing or synthetic and why. Thanks really enjoy your videos
I use carpro perl for most tires and Blak for the longer durability. Check this out. www.hawaiidetailing.com/wheels
Do you recommend getting a leaf blower if I just have gyeon wet coat applied to the car?
Its a great tool but if you follow a good drying towel process thats fine too.
Hey Jeremy:
Have you ever tried TORQUE DETAILS DECON WASH? If so what was you thoughts on it? If not can you do a test in the near future? Thanks buddy!
I don’t get doing tires and wheels first. Also I didn’t understand the last step. Is it just a rinse and dry with a cloth. Also do you wash all you cleaning and drying towels at the same time.
Great video
By doing the wheels first you have no time constraints or worry of the water drying on the your paint from the normal wash process. I always clean the wheels then wash the car. Dry the car with a drying aid / topper and then dry the wheels last and apply dressings. Thanks for watching
Cleanmaker for the win!
He’s back!
Yeah buddy.
9:45 You were talking about the two best washes being Adams Mega Foam or DIY Incredible Suds. But, then it shows you putting the Koch Chem GSF in the bucket. Do you not like the Adams for hand washing?
I like mega foam and DIY for the foam cannon. DIY does work well in the bucket also but I usually use KC GSF in the bucket. mega foam is mainly just for the cannon. You can't go wrong with any of the 3.
Thanks Jeremy. My exterior black plastic trim (above the front wheel) got several scratches after coming back from Costco last weekend. The scratches are light but noticeable. Does the BLAK dressing have rich black color that may help cover and repair the light scratches? What do you recommend to use?
It will not fill scratches it dries thin and will hide any discoloration from fading or similar but keep in mind it does have a small shine to it. I have used it on trim and it comes out great. A few coats if it’s bad. Thanks for watching.

I have. I will test it soon on the channel thanks.
Watching the best detailer video you got me swearing by Adams wheel cleaner and stopped buying P and S 😂, thanks
Thanks. I like P&S for light cleaning. It’s a less harsh chemical. I like Adam’s for the tough cleaning as it has more teeth. Adam’s will break down any spray protection you have on the wheels. P&S will break it down less. Just depends on your needs. Thanks for watching the channel.
