I often get asked about the kitchen setup in my Jeep Renegade. So, I made a quick walk around video to maybe inspire or help others in their ever-changing rig setup.
Cool channel ! Please do more videos on the truck, lovin the roof rack. You ever going to put Rotopax fuel containers on top or the side of rack ? Peacefrom510 .
thx. I will be doing another video when I swap out the rooftop tent. Big plans for that. Unfortunately I don't have any other big plans for it at the moment. I should have done a video on the Bilstein Strut install
It does. Because the base of a solid piece of MDF if I fold the rear seats forward, I can push the entire kitchen back allowing for full access to the spare!
Question, I'm 6 ft and it seems your hatch lifts higher than mine? Could that be the camera making it look that way? I have no head clearance with mine
it's not too bad.. I need to remove the fridge and set it aside. Then I fold the rear seats forward the the whole thing slides forward over the seats, it's all one piece. With the kitchen slid forward it looks totally stock underneath. You can access the spare like you normally would. When you're done slide the kitchen back, set the fridge in the slide, plug it back in, fold the rear seats back up and you're done. It's the best and easiest way I could think to do it.
Love the compact storage. You made it work!
Thanks!!!
The sad thing about this jeep is the upward back door. But you make it perfect!
Nice set up and I LOVE the music :) !!

Looks nice, well done!
does this set-up allow easy access to spare tire though? Feels like it all would need to be fully unloaded on the ground to access the jack and tire?

Ok that was creative.

Nice setup. How hard is it to get to the spare tire?

Very little room in the things , I am thinking about getting a renegade soon
It's a good little rig for the price. I've done some insane to rock gardens in this thing. I wish I had more space but it's fun to off road in.
Too complicated I just live in my Renegade.
First
Boring..
