yup. people say FW and MW were weak and shallow therefor DJ and Silva's reigns are not impressive but they were and still are strong and competitive divisions that only looked weak because DJ and Silva (DJ still is) were so good.

Last week I asked sensei to name some fighters in UFC, he said he knows but couldn't think of any off the tops of his head. So I asked if he knew any from ONE, right away he said Demetrius Johnson

The way u moved to a more thai clinch and knee game to nullify John’s standup was a thing of beauty. Those knees would have slept anyone not named dodson. Same knees that made henry grunt in pain😳💪🏾
