That’s so nice. I’ve seen similar things with architectural features that cater to pets but I wish someone would put a few such things into a book. I know there’s a book of paintings done by cats.
Do you have a tip for the litterbox-cabinet? I made one from IKEA Platsa, but my older cat is a high-peeer and allready the cabinet is getting is getting ready for the scrapyard after only 4 months. 😹
That's a difficult issue to solve. At this cat sanctuary, the contractor ran the linoleum flooring up the inside walls of the litter-box cubbies to help avoid that problem. We're not familiar with the IKEA Platsa cabinet, but you can try to line it all the way up with a sheet vinyl so you can at least keep the liquid from ruining the cabinetry.

It’s solid polyethylene, and it’s made for outdoor use.
IKEA has them in spring/summertime.

I don’t think your cats would ever like to be adopted out to any other parent. They are spoiled kids and and quite entitled to be.
