- We had the honor of visiting Peter Cohen and his 24 cats in the home that he has customized in the ultimate residential catification. He shared with us his work as ZenByCat and his commitment to end FIP (feline infectious peritonitis).

This guy is a hero in my book. And he has the coolest house ever! Imagine seeing all those beautiful, happy cats enjoying all those incredible cat walks. It is so beautiful and peaceful to look at.
We made two items for his house already and are currently working on an even BIGGER item; very excited!

The music blurs the speaking. NOT needed at all. Cat lovers want to hear cat footprints over music. I grew up with 24 cats, Alponse to Zenobia, and always kept rescues since. They show up at my door asking about lunch and vet help. Yes to both. They stay 15 to 20 years. (X is Xavier) Thanks for showing the world that a houseful of cats is a good thing.

It truly is amazing! You should have a look at the recent "cat cave" Peter added to the house and the giant cat tree we built in that stairwell!

The one dislike is just very selfish, I will try to get my mom to donate to cat's with FIP, he inspired me he even made me change the way I thought thanks so much!

I just love this house and everything in it.
You should see the new extension he built to the house that he calls the "Cat Cave!" It's spectacular, and we were so honored to have gotten to build a 14-foot tall tree for the stairwell that descends to it from the main house!

This is so awesome. I have cat rescue and my question is HOW do you keep them from spraying on everything! I even had one get my monitor screen, every mirror , the furniture nothing is sacred lol. All I do is clean!
I know that Peter and his housemate, Hiro, spend the good portion of the entire day every Saturday cleaning, and they have Roomba's everywhere, but spraying is a definite challenge with this many cats! I recommend you ask that question directly to Peter at @zenbycat
Who ever is filming, PLEASE NEXT TIME do a better job. You move so fast, always moving that it doesn't give a chance to see, the incredible house it is and enjoy it looking at it and the cats. It is great to take ideas.

What’s wrong with the camera man?
We did this photo shoot "on the fly" with an iPhone. The camera man had very little experience with doing video. In his defense, though, the house is viually stunning and is hard not to be caught off guard with seeing cats moving in so many places across all the rooms, on the walls and the ceilings!
What is that water sound? And what is growing out of that guys ear?
Raji Nevin they have an indoor koi pond by the staircase. The thing in his ear is a wireless ear-bud (iPhone)
The camera man should NEVER be allowed to film anything professionally again. TERRIBLE!!! PITY because the subject is so fantastic.
Sorry for that. Our visit was very impromptu and casual, and we filmed it using only an iPhone. This wasn't intended as a professional video shoot. But we didn't want to miss the opportunity to share our walk-through with others. It's a remarkable home for cats (and people, too)!
