Nice! I started with micheals products like speed ball and did everything by hand didnt use degreaser so im not sure if thats why but every time i made a shirt i had to wash the ink off screen before i could use it again i would make like 5 shirts and had to do that process evertime right after or the ink would dry on my screen never flooded it either so is it cheap products ,degreaser or not flooding that i was doing wrong or all the above lol?
can you please do a video how to do high detail spot process or simulated process on dark t-shirts? we would really like your expert teaching on this important issue
I reclaimed a screen perfectly a month ago. Did the exact same procedure today, but some emulsion is still not coming off the screen. Why could this be?
Oyyy esa musicaaa ! Juan if I re use a screen and say I didn’t use the screen for maybe 2 months, should I clean it with something to get dust off or anything that could be on the screen??
Chingon Mr Juan !!
I had heard old hotel room cards, and used gift cards were good for scraping up ink.
That is a great idea I've never thought about that. Thank you for sharing

it was by not flooding the screens, the degreaser is more for the emulsion the adhere to the screen and minimize pint holes
Great Video series Juan! i do some things slightly different but basically the same process!
If I don’t have a washout booth, how can I reclaim screens without destroying my sink and drains?
White is the toughest for me to clean

Cool I'll work on it
Hey Juan you say use a ink cleaner and a press wash?
Which ones should I get? to reuse the screen later on
you can use an ink degradant but if you can get both it will work better.
@@LibertyGraphicDesigns thank you

yes you can just wipe it clean no need to get it wet at all
Yea I don't get the benefit of the ink cards 🤷♂️ just a waste. Spatulas are reusable :)
