4 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 sudu besar tepung beras / tepung jagung
Air secukupnya
Sedikit garam
(Optional - tepung goreng ayam / tempura)
Bahan Tumis :
1 biji bawang besar (holland)
5 ulas bawang putih
2 biji cili besar merah
1 biji cili besar hijau
5 biji cili padi merah
5 biji cili padi hijau
8 helai daun limau purut
2-3 sudu besar sos tiram
Daun bawang
Sedikit air
Garam dan gula secukup rasa

4 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp rice flour / corn flour
Water
A little bit of salt
Other Ingredients :
1 onion (holland)
5 cloves of garlic
2 red chillies
1 green chilli
5 red bird's eye chilli
5 green bird's eye chilli
8 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
2-3 tbsp of oyster sauce
Spring onion
A little water
Salt and sugar to taste
