700g sotong (6 ekor) + serbuk kunyit
Bahan Kisar Kasar :-
5 ulas bawang putih
4 biji bawang merah
2 biji cili merah
10 biji cili padi hijau
10 biji cili padi merah
Bahan Lain :-
1 biji bawang besar (holand)
10 biji cili padi hijau & merah
2 batang serai (ketuk)
8 helai daun limau purut
2 sudu besar jus limau nipis
Daun bawang / Daun ketumbar
1 sudu besar sos ikan
2 sudu besar sos tiram
Sedikit air / Air rebusan sotong
Garam gula secukup rasa

Coarse Grind Ingredients :-
5 cloves garlic
4 shallots
2 red chillies
10 green bird's eye chilli
10 red bird's eye chilli
Other Ingredients :-
1 onion (holland)
10 green & red bird's eye chilli
2 lemongrass
8 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
Spring onion / Coriander leaves
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
A little water / Squid broth
Salt and sugar to taste
