I have the Longrow 11 Tawny Port. Probably one of the best whiskies I have ever had in my life. And I have 4 of the 6 they tried. Springbank is my favorite Distillery and I can't wait to visit.
thanks for watching Matthew - stick with Uncut and Unfiltered for our unprofessional ramblings as we work our way through each and every whisky brand out there. If you'd like to see some polished content from our business, click through to The Whisky Baron page
Haven't been able to find any of the Springbank expressions for the past couple of years here in south Texas. Next time I see ANY whisky from this distillery, whether it's Springbank, Hazelburn or Longrow, I'm going to snap it up, because the quality extends across their entire range. This is one distillery that can write their own ticket now, and for all the right reasons.
Loving the Dec 2021 SB Local Barley 10 year but prices now around 200 here. Then grabbed some of the Longrow Red 15 yr Pinot Noir and for me even better and was "only" 160. Cheers!
@Uncut and Unfiltered Podcast The store sold out the LR 15 PN at 160 and now just a couple of weeks later, restocked the shelf at 170. Prices continue climbing!!
Great information and insight to springbank guys! On a side note there's 2 bottles of the kk8 sherry in my local whisky shop if your serious hit me up 👌👍 cheers Mark
I feel for young Oliver! in the workhouse :) But he has a Ledaig Sinclair Rioja cask with a nice hit of bacon to fall back on. I can say this was an epic cast in your defence.
Great suggestion and we will take that on board! What we will do is list all the whiskies mentioned in the description for the time being. Thanks for watching.
Epic ! (& I could listen to Nicole all day !)
We agree and we did! Cheers Greg.
me too!
Nicole was a treasure trove of knowledge and charm. The boys were fun drinking buddies and asked the right questions. Making for a delightful podcast.
She truly is! Thanks for your kind words KB

It's a great dram i agree Pill. Do try to get to the Distillery if you can. The whole of Campbeltown is such a special place to visit.
definitely worth the trip!
Beautiful whisky with a beautiful lady! Very elegant!
A real honour to not only have Nicole but to be in the distillery tasting these liquids.
Nicole is awesome - an incredible bank of knowledge and a wonderful person to sit and talk to
There is also a 3x destilled Kilkerran
Loving this! Well done. First time i’ve seen your videos pop up and I start with… a 1 hour live from Springbank. Strong!!!
Thanks Matthew! Plenty more to come!

That 15 LR is a special dram! Where is it you are from DJ? Interested to know what currency those prices are in.
@@uncutandunfilteredpodcast South Carolina, USA. The store has some real gems.
you've got to pay the price to ride the Springbank train but from my experience, it rarely disappoints!

Greetings from New Zealand. A few times a year, we can get core range springbank whiskies and a few limited releases. Great podcast series.
FYI the Longrow Red Fresh Port cask release from a few years ago was a single maturation only in Port for 11 years.
Thanks for the info!
