Seat tube creak 2010 Trek 6300 frame

I've replaced the seat post, and applied park tool assembly compound which I had with the original sea post which helped before, but it stopped working, so I installed a sea tpos ti barely used it slike new, and used assembly compound but still no joy.
Maybe I should've replaces the sea post earlier. As it's defenitly has worn down.
But so have the sea tube I seems.
And no I did not run the sea post past the line.
I think I've solved it, for a while at least:
I took the seat post out, I clearly see a white area with clear spot in the middle, there's are polished spot in the seat tube, which it matches. the seat tube isn't completely round. is uneven and has a massiv polished spot. I managed to fix the, I sanded the uneven spots gently with sandpaper, and put lots of Park Tool assembly compound, especially at this big spot.
