Mine is similar but applies to having my Dad in my life. Dont be discouraged that your Dad was not in your life growing up. Be encouraged he wasn’t. Occasionally I get depressed that my Dad chose to leave his family. I later learned over time he was w/several women in life and impregnated all of them. Had he been around I probably would’ve picked up all kinds of bad habits.
Checked myself again today thanks to this video and man i’ve regressed. I still have 2/3 of 2024 to get the physique i wanted. Gonna come back to this video end of this year

I listen to you on my power walks and I cannot effectively express to you how much it has been an inspiration and a friend to remind me success requires what most people are not willing to do and that it can be a bit isolating. All the sweat I poured into it was worth it. "Do things that are easy and your life will be hard. Do what is hard and your life will be easy".

I was an average fella training at the gym medioka ticking over believing am doing it I was giving it 50 percent now I listen to motivation and i give 100 every time and now am a monster muahahahahah I love it ..thank you brother
