Crocheting gifts this year along with baking cookies...we are having financial issues again this Christmas, so no gifts besides that. Sad to say, but we are doing our best to make Christmas as special as it can be for each other. We wish you and your family a Merry Christmas!

For saddle stitching with a staple I usually turn the "book" cover side up, with a cork board or square eraser under where i want the staples to go, then open up the stapler, position it and just give a solid press, then remove the book and fold the edges of the staples, it's faster and easier than measuring and making holes with an awl then trying to put it in.

Brilliant ideas. One year I bought jars and layered the dry ingredients for a cookie recipe...ie. Flour, baking powder, salt, etc.. I then attached the recipe for the cookies telling what other ingredients would be necessary.
That way you can bake the cookies when you want to.

My favorite cookies are the Quaker oatmeal cookies from the box. Change them up by adding chocolate chips or dried cranberries and nuts. Then cover the container the oats come in with some cool paper and put a gift in it!

Actually u can put an eraser under the notebook and staple right on top of the stack of paper, the sharp ends will pierce into the eraser and u can pull the eraser out and fold the ends of the stapler in. It might be slightly off centered sometimes but it works quite well.

You can also just hide the money/gift card without that cylindrical cardboard in the middle. Just put it with the candy bars as it is or put it inside an envelope before doing so. Less effort to cut the cardboard and make it into a cylinder, more surprise to the receiver since it's more hidden, and more space for more goodies! 😁😁😁

If you pull open the stapler you can pop out the staples and not have unfold them. You could possibly staple right through the notebook that way too, using it like teachers stapling decorations to a bulletin board.

Another diy you can make is pillowcases or pouches from kitchen towels. Sturdy fabric can be pricey and buying by the yard is a hassle. But kitchen towels are often made of sturdy fabrics, have great patterns and are the prefect size for a pillowcase or multiple pouches!

Please make a video on manually paper cutting of A4 size pages equally into two pieces when I print 4 pages of book in one paper as per my printer which performs the job of duplex printing then I've to cut it into two pieces but it always goes wrong and I've seen one of your video related to binding but it's not a whole bundle just couple of pages and its easy to bind some pages but hard to bind a bundle or many pages, moreover, it's more hard to make the cove and pages size equal and whenever I make a book its cover and page sizes becomes irregular and doesn't look good.
