Look up myofacsial release, that's the massage technique she uses as well as the back cracks ! You could potentially find a massage therapist near you who does it :)
@@Amazatastic interesting thanks I'll take a look. Chiropractors unfortunately just do a few basic things instead of all they can like she does cracking and adjusting as many things as possible.

Betting the headache is gone after the first snaps. I'm 70 plus now but way back when I was about 9 I had migraines for about six years. My grandma said I need to get an adjustment. Everyone thought Grandma was a hypocondiract. Well she took me to her D.O., he snapped my neck and the headache went away. And I have never had a headache that bad too this day.

That looks so nice. It's interesting to see the hair pulling and the pulling on the eyebrows for the migraine cause that is always what I do to myself when I have migraines, which is very often. For some reason, it just feels like that's what I need to do to relieve some pain. I wish I lived close, I'd be a regular patient!

My mom and I both have bad backs, hers is way worse than mine with a twist and scoliosis to boot. I’m dealing with spine narrowing and chronic pain at 24… ugh. i know for a fact that the majority of my headaches are from tension in my neck, shoulders, jaw, and upper back. a lot of it could be relieved by regular massages but i don’t think i can afford to go as much as i would need to. 😅 this looks like it would feel incredible!

@peda15 I haven't. I'm on a monthly self-injectable and an additional preventive as well as two abortive medicines, and so far, I'm still getting headaches on the daily. My life has been a living hell since Oct 2022. But I thank you for the kind words.
