Hey man! Thank you for the vid. Just wanted to check in after 6 months if the Bonoss quality was as good as it looks and if you had any issues? I have an IS500 and I’m Just doing some due diligence as they are a new brand for me. Thank you for your feedback and this great channel!
Hey bro, thanks for checking in! Bonoss is amazing still! But I have to set a disclaimer that tomorrow I will be having new Wheels put on the car. So the spacers will be no more
@@Hyper_Boost , you still happy with the Bonoss products? I was about the pull the trigger for some spacers for my Daughter's RC but once I saw they were from China I got a lil scared.
I've got a 23 in greacian water, and I've been looking into the swift springs and these spacers, i was looking at your exact setup. It looks great, have you noticed any issues after living with it for a while? Any rubbing?
Are you scrapping a a lot with your front lip? I have a ‘21 350 with a similar lip. Still undecided on lowering mine, but I hate the front wheel gap lol.
Only spacer experience i have is with my jeep and jeeps. Are these spacers not bolted to the hub? On jeeps they bolt to the hub then the lugnuts hold the wheel onto the spacer. this seems safer than bonoss design. I just bought an incognito IS500 and looking to space the wheels out. BTW my jeep spacers brand G2 are American made, I dont think I would gamble putting china wheel spacers on...consequences of the spacers breaking apart could be deadly.
i ordered this set due to watching this vid but i really wish you would have posted the install i am confused on how these install since the other ones bonoss sales have studs on them for the lugnuts please advise
Sorry about that. The spacers for the 350F and the 500 have no attached lugs. They come with longer studs corresponding to the thickness of the spacer you ordered. I'm surprised that it wasn't automatically done. When I ordered my spacers, they emailed me through eBay message to make sure that those are the specs that I wanted, for what specific car and to confirm
@@Hyper_Boost THANK YOU ! i JUST PURCHASED THE 2024 IS350...I like your vehicle and appreciate you posting things looking forward to the post regarding the camber arm ! please post install brand and price point take care!
@@Hyper_Boost oh also i wanted to confirm something you stated in the vid that you did the 20mm in rear and 15mm in front is that correct or did you misspeak? just wanted to confirm i will be recieving mine on the 8th this month and im excited to do the install thanks again for your response!
Yes sir. 20 in the rear, 15 in the front. We tried it the other way though. It looked weird to me. The front tires stuck out farther than I would like.
Are you using extended wheel locks for the spacers? I'd imagine the factory wheel locks are too short to use. Post a link to the extended wheel bolt locks if you can.
? I have a 2023 Lexus iS300t. I wil not be lowering my IS at all. I want to go as aggressive as possible. Literally just outside the fender wells. Would 20s on the Front and 25's on the Rear accomplish that. I have been emailing with Bonoss too, but without seeing or having them on the car, it's hard to gauge. Do you have an opinion, or any advice on that?
20s in the front is REALLY aggressive. I don't recommend it will also significantly change the way it drives. 15s inbthe front are the highest spacer you should go.
TY. I appreciate your feedback. What about the Rear Spacers. Is 25mm the max you would set for those? Or would 30mm be ok. Like I said, I would like to go as aggressive as possible.....
I personally don't like the wheels bulldogging out. 30mm is super aggressive even for the rear. Your camber will literally be unmanageable. 15mm will flush the wheel and tire to the fender. 20mm was a bit too aggressive for me too.
lol they go with it, they dont come with it. it was an add on when I ordered through them. Didnt realize I had to have them. But all good, I ordered them. @@Hyper_Boost

Thanks, Nate!!! I appreciate it!
Wow! I don’t want to lower mine, but I’m definitely interested in the spacers!
It makes a huge difference in the stance of the car. Paired with a mild drop, it's gold!

No rubbing at all. And it looks so good, especially now that the springs "settled."
Did you use wheel locks? If so, which ones?
No sir. No locks.
When you installed the new bolts do you have to install it with that little blue ring that is on them as well?
Yes! That's a really important piece. It's a wedge ring between the rim and the hub!
Are you scrapping a a lot with your front lip? I have a ‘21 350 with a similar lip. Still undecided on lowering mine, but I hate the front wheel gap lol.
Thanks for the question, bro, but no scraping at all.
Although I only lowered with springs and not coilovers either.

Then you're gonna have to convert your hubs to studs vs bolts. The spacers come with extended bolts. Anyway, I'm good. Thanks for your concern.

No locks. Just the extended lug bolts that came with the spacer kit.

@rydellstyle9023 I didn't 20mm in the front. Just the back.
Did you have to install the extra long bolts or where the original bolts long enough for the spacers?
The spacers come with longer bolts when ordered.
What size are the spacer bolts? 42mm?
I looked at the original posting on EBay from Bonoss. They don't mention the bolt length.
Which Bonoss spacers did you purchase? I noticed on their website there’s 2 different kinds for the IS500 one is 7075-T6 and the other is 6061-T6.
I bought the 6061-T6.
6061-T6

@@Blackntanxguy Also, it looks so much better when it's lowered. I went with Swift Springs from Evasive Motorsports.
Hey boss, Are the longer bolts required?
Absolutely! The stock bolts won't reach the hub.

Hello what springs to purchased and how much did you have to lower it
Swift Springs, it drops the front by 1 inch, the rear by .65 inches. Get it from Evasive Motorsports they're a great company to deal with.
I didnt do coilovers because i like the feel of the stock ride. Plus, I dont like the car being too low.
Thank you
How good are Bonoss spacers compare to h&r spacers ?
