- We are here to give you a little insider tour of our stop at Anastasia Island State Park visit. As soon as we pull in the gate we head to Anastasia Watersports to try out paddle boarding for the first time in the beautiful Salt Run inlet then we head over to the beach for some beach combing. We give you a little campsite tour and walk you through the Ancient Dunes Trail and Old Spanish Quarry Trail where you can see where the coquina came from to build the Castillo De San Marcos Fort! It was a long day, but there is so much to see at Anastasia Island State Park! @CaptainKleeman

We got to see a nest of Loggerhead turtles hatching in Kill Devil Hills about 3 years ago. It was awesome.
