Thank you Kylie! I learn so much from you about paint colors that i never knew before. It’s not as straightforward as I used to think! Watching your videos helped me paint my very tricky north facing living room and dining room( I ended up choosing BM Edgecomb Gray as a result of your paint color reviews). Thank you for all the great information!
Thank you Kylie for another helpful video. My home is currently painted in Kilim Beige. It works great with my early 2000’s wood and tile, but I would love something a bit more modern. Your video came at a perfect time. It’s so great to see the paint color comparisons.
Kylie, I wasn't thinking orange at the outset. But as soon as you mentioned it, I could see it! Colour in itself is fascinating! I suppose the orange undertones would be desirable on a north face?
Isn't it SO COOL, EH? So, for a north-facing room I PERSONALLY do like an orange undertone in my warm neutral beige-tan paint color. You can lean a bit more on yellow, but funny enough, yellow coordinates with fewer interior finishes!
Oh boy, it 100% depends on the white! Some whites are cool, others are stark and bright, and then OTHERS are warm - some very warm. It's a pretty particular matching up process!
We painted our main living area Valspar Gracious. It has the most neutral base with NO sneaky undertones. So of course, Valspar discontinued the shade!
I agree. It comes down to size (no 12x12's) and exact color blend. Some beige tiles have some nice greige/taupe tones, and even some gray, which makes them WAAAAY more flexible.
Thank you for the info. Love seeing these colors come back. They definitely make the rooms feel warm.
There are some beauties - I'm looking forward to the next few color years!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE to get a note like this - thank you :).

Lovely video. Very helpful. I love how you go straight to the point. Thank you!
Well, thank you for the comment, it let's me know I'm on the right track with things!
@@KylieMInteriorsPaint you definitely are.!
Great info!!! I wonder if my floors have red undertones what beige would be best to have more of a natural / organic/ natural vibe home 😊

What do you think would be best with white kitchen cabinets? 😊😊😊

Hi Kylie Thank you for your video. I would like warm and elegance for my bedroom I would like one bedroom wall light purple please help
What is your opinion of SW Natural Choice 7011 as a complement beige to White Dove?
Natural Choice is tough as it reads more like a tan, and can grab some sneaky green undertones - it's not my fave.
What is the best color Paige color do you recommend for resale for a high ceiling house?
Oooo, probably SW Natural Linen.
Thank you! I was thinking of natural linen as well, do you have any other recommendations other than Paige I should go with?

OF COURSE, doesn't that drive you crazy when they do that??
I am afraid of beige because i think it’s so 90’s / early 2000s.
