I installed this in my 2018 dually, 20psi at idle and nothing less than 15 psi full throttle tune 4. Factory pump was 9 psi idle and 0 psi full throttle. Worth every penny!
Great video, I have the same tank on my 2017 2500 I tow a 14,000lb 5th wheel, stock tank 250 miles while towing the new Titan tank 450 miles while towing. This was a huge relief, when you hit 1/4 tank on the stock tank you can almost watch the gauge move which made me nervous about getting to the next fuel stop. Now no stress it gives me plenty of time to get to the next fuel stop. By the way $200.00 shipping fee so, if anyone is thinking about getting one now is your chance I wish I had 15% off and free shipping.
Greg, the little small hose from one of the pumps is the reason the catch-tank fills when fuel level is on the low side. Its a jet nozzle that blows fuel onto a oneway valve,, and into a passage that fills the chamber, and the speed of the fuel sucks even more fuel from the fuel in the tank when doing so. Its a great system to keep the catchtank level higher than the level in the tank itself. Greetings from 1st gen crewcab in norway.
Review update? After having the Titan tank and Fleece lift pump for over a year have you had any issues at all? How accurate has the fuel gauge been reading? I'll be ordering and installing the Titan tank on my '14 and am leaning toward replacing the lift pump while I have the tank off. Thanks for the videos.

Do you use the EZ Lynk to reprogram your Distance Till Empty (DTE) with the bigger titan tank, or does the truck already recognize the bigger capacity? Awesome install btw!
Titan tank... Genius. I’ve been speculating on doing a drag up in-bed tank and plumbing it. Working a lot over the road. Might have to go this route, salvage my bed space which is limited in my ‘08 megacab
I have that lift pump with twin gear motors and it sets at 21 lbs and hard pull 18 lbs . It’s been my 05 Dodge 3500 and I love it and if one pump quits the other pump will get you home no problem .
Awesome! I have a 2018 Dodge Ram 3500 that started missing when pulling or under a load (high RPM). I added a GLOSHIFT fuel gauge just to see what I was getting stock wise. 4 psi normal idle and @1800 rpm sitting still just engine idle up 2 psi. I change the fuel pump out with this Fleece Performance Lift Pump now 18 psi normal and 16 psi @1800 sitting still just engine idle up once again. There's a lot of trash inside the stock fuel pump in terms could of been the problem. However, I've already order the Fleece Pump so why not put it in; plus I had the tank drop already. I also saved $73 dollars by using Greg discount code. Thanks again
Nice setup. Do you have a way to reprogram the computer to take into account the extra fuel in the tank for the LOM to calculate MPG and distance to empty (DTE)?
I put a Titan tank on my 14 Ram Dually this summer and absolutely love it. I ordered the Fleece fuel pump and waited 4 weeks for it to show up. Gave up and put my tank on with the stock pump.
Well, it has been a year. 2 questions. 1. Does the 'range' indicator have to be adjusted, or does it stay at let's say, 400 because the computer thinks the tank is full (32 gallons?) for an extended amount of time? 2. Is 'full' still full and '1/2' tank still 1/2 and '1/4' still 1/4?
I asked about the DTE also but no response. Since the bottom of the tank is flat the float will still read the same as the stock it's just going to move slower.
I know this is an older video but were you able to have the Dodge dealer refresh the ECU to compensate for the larger fuel tank so the Distance to empty gauge reading is correct? Rumor has it the dealer can't do this adjustment but aftermarket OBDII tools can.
I have the titan 51g tank in my 2016 mega or at least it was advertised as a 51g when I bought it. Long the range, was considering a airdog or the fleece in tank, will be following going forward.

Question to Greg - What is the impact with the computer and fuel tracking capabilities with the on board computer? Does it still give you proper MPG readings and tank fill readings? Also what, if any, impact does this have on the factory warranty?
You said there is no need for an air dog because of the filter upgrades on newer models. What about the air in the fuel is that no longer as big of an issue either in the newer models?

I wish you could customize the readouts on the screen where it tells you your fuel mileage, program in so that when it reads under 12MPG it just says "yes"
it'll basically read Full until it gets to about 2/3 tank, then it'll start going down and drop with the level. your overhead range calculator can't be adjusted though, so it'll just read whatever the max DTE is until the level starts dropping, then it'll just keep being way lower than actual since there's more volume per depth.
