The radiator drain you are talking about is on your secondary radiator. If you take the 13mm bolt out of your power steering reservoir and move it back, you can fit your arm and a 16mm wrench down to your primary radiator drain. There's enough room to stick a 3/8 hose over the drain and catch it in a 5 gallon bucket, super clean and easy. Don't lose a drop. I've had a lot of practice with all the water pump recalls.

I have a billet wheel s366 on my 4th gen and LOVE it!!!!!! It’s on a “3rd gen” style manifold so semi factory location, i still tow a 10k camper with it and it pulls better than anything I’ve ever owned!!! I don’t tow heavy heavy so I don’t miss the exhaust brake and to me the single S366 was more than well worth it!!!!!

just incase you were wondering the sensor you pulled out of the exhaust side is the nox sensor. its a mofo to get out if you cant get to it from the side.
Henchman67 my factory MAP sensor only reads up to 36/38 I wanna say. But I'm guessing it's between 40 and 45 like fleece advertises. Also your tuning will dictate what your getting with vain position and what not. I'm running HPP with an EZ link and the truck runs super well.
Dixie Mae no second gen swap. Factory turbo location. I did get a steed speed Manifold but opted to stay with the factory location so I didn't have to get a knew down pipe or extend/change the oil and coolant lines.

Greg a 12 valve rookie LOL you would have had a real mess on your hand if that thing would have ran away on Startup holding the wood to choke the air from the turbo is not going to work without the intake pipe hooked up and having a dual Ram intake means you need two pieces of wood to block the air that would have been a mess imagine you running around the shop looking for a piece of wood that would fit in between those fuel lines
I like your videos and am planing to build a Cummins to go into my 98 F250. What would you consider the best gen for this. It's not for any competitions just driving and hauling. But I do want power. And I like dependability. keep up the good work.

The light turns on on dash and I think cluster it's been a while since it has not worked I can't remember if cluster light goes on. I hate having to spend $120 at dealer to diagnose. Deleted, full 5" exhaust from turbo, cold air intake, know nothing about tune bought deleted. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

P-pumps don't run away afaik. Theres a shut off solenoid that will kill fueling to injectors when you turn ignition key to off

Sean Johnson the wherli 2nd gen swap. It's setup slightly different and you don't need new ac lines and all. They include new downpipe too.
Should of done a add a turbo to the 2018 . Stock + , compounds is a great addition for towing.

Coolant drain on the driver side tank of the radiator just below the P/S cooler lines.

The 24valves are not hard if you get a, whole truck or cut away with all wires / ecm
You can pull them out the fender as a unit without having to remove the coolant lines

Be careful with the turbo. A new stock turbo costs 3300 euros ( about 3761 dollars). Atleast for a Terberg with the same 6.7 engine as you have.
