Dont have the energy to start now since my school lease is ending in Sept 2023. I wouldn't mind connecting to the realtor you used because my location interest is close to you.

If you’re a student the requirements are less and you won’t actually know what a landlord will ask for till you meet them. You should consider reaching out to current students at your school and a community of international students. They might be looking for housemates.

A condo can be referred to as the building itself or the apartments in the building. There really isn’t much difference.
