It depends on the type of apartment you want to stay in and if it’s 2bed and 2 bath or 2 bed and 1 bath. But I believe you should budget over $2500 for 2bedroom in Vancouver and it’s environs. It could be more and it be less depending on the area.
Firstly congratulations on your new apartment, I love it a lot. I love how there’s people so it feels less lonely. How you got your accommodation In the future are you open to linking people up should they be in need. And what’s your advice for student coming in to Canada but don’t have anyone to stay with while settling down/ looking for an apartment.

For phone, I use Fido and there are mobile networks. I don’t pay the electricity or gas bills. The rent covers it, also WiFi is included in the rent.
