Coconut oil, cator oil, 1 vit E capsule (the ratio you mentioned will be the same). Just give a try di. I have hypothyroidism and hairloss is one of the biggest symptoms. But since I start using it twice a week before shampoo, I haven't faced hairfall at all. Love you a lot ❤️

Use a better shampoo. Maybe a professional one. And wash your scalp properly. Focus on it. Then you won't need to wash it every other day. I also have oily scalp and it used to get greasy just after 2day of washing. But I started washing it more thoroughly and focused on the scalp. Now I can go for 3-4 days without washing. And don't oil your scalp too much if you already have oily scalp. Keep the scalp clean. And yes, washing hair very often will damage them. And don't listen to influencers too much. Better to watch dermat videos or people who are trained in haircare professionally

I have always observed after applying hair oil, hair fall is more during hair wash compare to not oiled hair.

oiling is for everyone. choose the right oil. avoid coconut oil for your scalp, try seasme and almond mix.
