Calm down those who are all noisy about head and shoulders.. it is purely what suits your hair. She’s sharing what works for her. And she’s talking about a version that’s moisturising with argan oil.. We didn’t have all this no paraben, no cruelty, no blah blah blah.. say 5-10 years ago. And lot many people with damn good hair was there.. so take what works for you and move on.. 😬 trust me, this’s from my continuous effort and disappointment from almost no luck finding a good all natural replacement for a good normal shampoo. Hair is a lot about genes and less about external products. I swear by coconut and castor oil though.. 😋☺️

Hi. I think oiling everyday maybe inviting dirt to stay in the scalp at all times. I try to oil a night before my hair wash is due or atleast 2-3 hrs prior washing my hair
