I am not that diligent with a conditioner, they weigh my hair down🙈. Can u suggest a good conditioner that would suit long, virgin, fine hair? I use sebamed everyday shampoo and plum hair mask once in two weeks or would that be enough?

But as it's suggested by dermatologist to me I think it's gonna help you too..give it a try !

Anaboom AD shampoo has worked very well for me. It doesn't dry out the hair. There is reduction in dandruff & scalp itching.
A few tips I would suggest is massage PROPERLY every product you use on scalp except for the conditioner part . And second pls use mild water or cold water to wash hairs not hot water . It would only dry your hairs and increase your dandruff. Also onion hair oil and hair mask worked well for me so maybe you can try that too if you feel like .

Buy shikhakai, reetha and amla powder. Mix it with water and a little bit of coconut oil.
Mix them to make a mask like consistency. And apply it on your scalp like hair color and leave it for 45mins.
Wash it gently with your fingers. Rub your scalp slowly while washing it off this will help in scalp exfoliation.
Wash it thoroughly with only water. No need for any shampoo.
Apply a little bit of oil later or use whatever you use as usual on the scalp and hair.

I used to do overnight oiling and then suddenly i realised that my scalp now isn't as dry as it used to be so now i don't need to prepoo . And i even used to oil it for 15-30 mins before i wash. Maybe I'll oil my lengths.
