That Percy, Duck and the Tar Tanker are old models from the 80's again, which where made in Great Britain.

The black plastic extra detailing piece that came with Duck, are called vacuum pipes. You need to take both pieces out of the plastic frame, which is on the outside of the pipes. On Duck, you will find two holes. 1 on the front and 1 on the back. Place pointed ends in the holes. You may need to add a drop glue on the pointed parts at both ends, as I find they do not stay in otherwise. Hope this helps.
