I have the Fern Factory lemoinei version. In light shade it was silvery blue. I mounted it on a tree in more sun,and it lost that color and is now a plain apple green. Healthy,steady grower..but not the prefered silver. Another year- and true,it was more silvery blue in more shade then it gets now. Maybe lemoinei is different that way? I can't say for sure. Funny thing is..to mount it on a crotch of a giant Yucca? I pushed it in,and held it down with broken concrete rocks..you can't see a one now. I still want the upright species..I've seen them in person and ..very wantable.
