i made my own acronym about it. O-outline/identify and provide reassurance .. R-recognize the possible consequence of... E-Explore the reason why... A-acknowledge the duty to.. E-escalate to ... for.. D-Document in a clear written report. U-uphold NMC 4Ps Values (prioritize people, practice effectively, preserve safety, promote professionalism and trust.
Not really, but make sure everything will appear there. But why not just follow the order? If you think about it, the last part of the criteria talks about documentation and the code, so it doesn't make sense if you are putting these items on top or randomly. Good luck - there are additional scenarios for PV and EBP!
Sir Emer. Is it also ok if I will not use other words? Like I will just copy exactly what was written in the criteria and I will just put " I will " in the beginning of each sentences. 😅 For instance, I will demonstrate....., I will offer..., i will recognise.... Would that still be ok?
Yeah, that is fine but if possible do not copy everything as is. That's why the nmc decided to add more scenarios to avoid memorising everything- which is seemingly impossible. Best of luck
@@EmerDiego oh thank God. I hate memorization. It also doesn't make sense if nmc wants us to memorize everything. I think what they want to see is IF we understood the situation presented to us and how we can manage according to the PV.
