HOW TO: Install foot pegs/shift levers on a Harley Davidson (4K)

- NOTE: Always read through the manufactures recommendations on proper installation and torque specs when installing anything on your motorcycle.
Not all pegs and shift levers are universal. This specific model is for an 84-99 Harley Davidson FLST, and may or may not fit other select models.
When doing any installations or maintenance to your motorcycle, make sure you have a clean work space as well as a labeling method for all of your parts if you are unfamiliar with them. This is a simple and quick job, but more complex shop jobs that require more time and parts can be made more difficult than needed in a messy work space!

Put many projects together out in yard an gravel driveway, definitely having a solid floor an cover from mother nature, make it better. Those pegs should give you quicker up/down shifts. Dirty bike spend the afternoon washing it with the off-spring, make the memories.
Man if everything had an extra inch and a half I'd have an inch and three quarters.

I can completely agree with age catching up to you. I was working on the clutch and fuel pump yesterday; I have no lift, now my back is about to give out. I will have to invest in one before I pull the engine out of the gear work.
I’d definitely get a table lift before pulling the engine. I pulled my evo from the jack and it made life easier
