- In the first installment of the Shovelhead Build Project, I take a crack at installing a gas tank on my 1980 Shovelhead Chopper. Using a peanut tank, top hat bungs, leather washers and some more hardware from @lowbrowcustoms . I start the first steps toward customizing and building a garage built bike from the ground up by grinding, welding, and hoping for the best.

Decided not to use a coffin tank, could you have welded a "U" shaped piece metal to rear flange of tank, to secure through the existing holes in frame, did I miss on how to get stickers. 2 days work -4 days editing 30 min video, an over budget because of 1 baseball 😂😂😂😂. A true Hollywood set up.
Going with the frisco style for this one. I haven’t announced the stickers yet. And that baseball just set me back years 😂

I was just thinking right before you said that, man it would be cool just to sit in the shop and talk about building stuff, fixing stuff, and BS about stupid shit.
