@@Taydrum I found this tiller on the side of the road, good spark and compression has a rotted primer bulb and miner carb issues got it running with a sip of carb cleaner fuel additive, and when I use any 2 stroke I make sure to have a little exhaust smoke, no smoke at all = not enough oil, in my opinion
@@lonewolf2156 Mine finally died. It ran lean from the factory and when I went to use last, it had low compression. I tore it down and found major piston scuffing. Make sure it's tuned to run a little rich, otherwise you'll end up the same way mine did, after 15 hours of use. I also noticed the fuel mix was 50:1 on mine, but many require a 40:1
@@Taydrum hello have the same tiller; it died and would not start on starting fluid. Mechanic said the piston was scored and the compression was 97. Bad engine..probably has 10 hours on it.

Do you mean it was hard to pull like the rope was fighting you? If so I've got the same issue and can't resolve it. A can of blaster tune up helped a lot but still won't run
@@asianbeauty9962 try a can of tune up. It's made for small engines and did wonders on all 3 of my small engines. There not longer hard to start unless the carb is clogged. It sucks but a quick clean or cheap ebay replacement will get it working cheap

When it runs, it works well. With that said, evert single time I use it, it needs a carb rebuild or something else
Update: The cylinder is shot after maybe 10 hours of use. Very little compression, I'm guessing lean factory carb specs

Mix gas 50 to 1
make sure you don't cover up that breathing air vent for them women you have in the basement.

you gotta press the on and off button also pump it more then 7 times maybe about 14 times

I'm having the same problem too. Won't start. Primed it like 7x or whatever but it is hard to pull and get it to start..hm...
